Spring is just around the corner! Days are getting warmer, longer and the snow is starting to disappear. This is a great time in the Sea to Sky, the mountain is still open for everyone to enjoy, bike trails are opening up for the riders and the golf courses are getting ready to open their doors for the season.
As of March 7, 2023, Whistler Mountain is open 8-4 daily with scheduled date to close for the season April 16, 2023. Blackcomb Mountain is open 8-4pm daily with scheduled date to close May 22, 2023.
World Ski and Snowboard Festival
The town of Whistler is gearing up for the unique, enchanting culture of mountain life in Whistler at the annual World Ski and Snowboard Festival set to start April 10 – April 16, 2023. As a celebration of snow sports, music, and the arts, there will be an array of free events from après ski to late night parties to competitions on the mountain.
