53rd FIL Luge World Championships – February 6-8, 2025
The Whistler Sliding Center will host over 150 athletes representing more than 25 different countries at this world championship event. Watching world class athletes traveling upwards of 130km/hour down the track is a must see.

Invictus Games Vancouver & Whistler – February 8-16, 2025
The Invictus Games are scheduled to take place in Vancouver and Whistler and will bring together as many as 550 athletes from up to 25 countries. Athletes will compete for the first time in Winter sports. The weeklong schedule is packed full of not only athletic events but also the opening and closing ceremonies as well as live entertainment at both Invictus Villages. There is sure to be lots to experience for the entire family.
